It looks like either a 1966 or 1967 - hard to tell sice the car got modded but definate Spy Car look.....The Riveras had a very nice look to them even stock but this one has such a ? look.....Totally different, and I like any restoration or mod but when it comes to a different approach to styling or modding - this car has it.
