This picture is a fail, Garchomp isn't afraid of water. If it is, why can it use Surf?

It's a ground type, and even if it can use surf (which is all manners of weird, just like Aggron can use surf too) It's still weak to water.

That is a fierce Garchomp I wouldn't like to encounter in the game. And even in the game, any Garchomp is a major threat to my usual teams. Damn fast pokemons with a ground type and incredible strenght!
