Tested on (Os build 18362)
* Dream theme a visual style for windows 10 (1903) aka may2019 update only.
* Compatible for both x86 & x64 system (aero mode only)
* Package included visual styles , readme file, how to install .jpg
* first you need to install ultra ux theme patcher or ux style as per x64 or x86 your requirement.
i use this :- link
* copy & past both thm file from theme folder to c:\windows\resources\themes
* install old new explorer
* I use aero glass to get aero back link (Aero Glass for Win8.1+ v1.5.12 for 1903)
* use black glass enhanced for full glass
* use dark color mode(imp)
* go to personalization & set the theme .

becaz it's premium it takes a months to make & to make themes like this is not easy ....u can use free themes like for 1903 & 1909

Look at this theme:
It was in development for YEARS, but it still came out for free. Hell, there's even no donation button or link or anything.
I mean, it's FOR FUN, it can't be a proper source of profit. At least it wasn't back then when things didn't go into hell in a handbasket.
