“Damn, brats...” Said Janus to himself as he tried to ignore all his students yapping while writing on the board. The teacher gritted his teeth as he lectured, seeing many students not paying attention to him. One of these students was Ada, an intelligent young woman with a body to die for. She was busy texting a storm while looking more nervous than usual. Furious at all the disrespect he was receiving, Janus walked up to Ada and confiscated her phone. “Wait, stop!!” cried Ada as she tried to snatch back her phone, much to Janus’ annoyance. “Just for that young lady, you won’t be having this back until the end of the day. Now go and work on the assignment.” ordered Janus as he smirked, eager to punish Ada further by texting back the person she was messaging.

Upon arriving at his desk, however, the man came to a surprising realization. This wasn’t Ada’s phone, it was full of pictures and socials that belonged to Ada’s brother, Cade! Curious as to why this was the case, Janus looked through the texts. This revealed that Cade was visiting his family from college when he found a strange app on his phone. It was the Ultimate App, an application that allowed the user to transform into anyone whose photo was uploaded. Wanting to spice up his trip, Cade convinced his sister to swap bodies with him. “Wow incredible…” gleamed Janus as he explored the Ultimate App. Once class was over Cade rushed to Janus, “Please please Mr. Smith, I really need my phone back.” Janus grinned from ear to ear at the plea, “Hmm…how about, no!” With a flick of his wrist, the whole room became consumed by a blinding light.

This is a rewrite of a story I wrote a while back. Had plans to do this for a very long time, breaking up the story into multiple parts for better pacing and revealing plot points I originally left out. I hope you all enjoy it!
