Mongoose visual style for Vista.-3 Colors
-Install fonts before applying (right click fonts and choose "install")
Not designed for use with details pane (bottom shell). Turn off by opening an explorer window, select Organize in the upper left, from the drop down list select Layout, then click on Details Pane.
Wallpaper
HELP: If the Start Button does not display correctly when you first apply the style, log off, then log back on. Also, make sure you use 96dpi. Basic mode only.

I've been using this style for almost two years. I just recently updated my computer and when I logged back on, the task bar turned a light grey/white. Maybe you should update it? I really love it.

It's just 1 thing that I don't like with this one, the text for the windows that is open in the taskbar is annoying with that black shadow behind

Uhh I give up trying to get this to work on Windows 7 for now, I got it almost working with the new VSB shame it just crashes explorer and no one on the VSB forums seems to want to help... I can see why you said what you said now.
Oh well hopefully sometime in the future.

I brought VSB do you mind if I try to adapt this for Windows 7? I still don't understand the program but I have a bit of free time and might try to come up with something.
This theme is definitely worth it I so want this on Win7.

why did I only discover it now ?
There is millions of theme for windows on dA but not all are as good as this one ! It's really smooth and original, dark but with colors, clean, "minimal" and not shinny (and with a pixel type ! ^^).
It will be serious enough for professionals and also familiar for others (depending on the colors of the wallpaper ^^).
everything we want for a good theme !
(in the middle of a collection of other really good theme)

i really like your theme but there is one problem - the font you used doesn't support polish language

If you don't have the fonts installed then the style will use the default fonts.

but i really like these fonts, they fit. i prefer your fonts without polish symbols, than default fonts

I understand that the odds of this are very slim but I would LOVE to see a version of this made that lets me unlock the taskbar and add a row. Cause when I start working on a website, I have a few browsers open, and a few images, and a few notepads and some extra browsers for testing and pretty soon I run out of space, even on my 1440x900 resolution. I have been using this theme for a few weeks which Is why i ask here but really if you make any theme that has that capability I will be very grateful cause I only use your styles. Or do you already have a style that can do that?

wonderful design! 
just have the little problem, that the elements of the top bar in windows [minimize, maximize, close] stays in original windows vista style. any suggestions how to solve that problem?

You have to apply it as basic style not the aero one.
