So this was an Israel OC that I came up with for Hetalia because I got heavily inspired by an Israel blog on tumblr, and I really got some inspiration from The Prince of Egypt after watching that again. After doing some research on some names fitting for an Israeli female, I wanted her human name to be Rina Maier. Also I just love the country Israel and always wanted to visit there, it seems like such a neat place. >w<

The lineart was done with the trial for Clip Studio Paint Pro, but since I couldn't save from the trial, I did the coloring and added the Israeli flag via Photoshop.
