I love designing characters, and with that I like designing their clothes. The little details that define the wearer is always cool to think of (Digimon characters and their goggles, Sailor moon in her school outfit).I first examined some swimwear from the 1980's, then tryed to make a more modern version. I'm not saying the only way to perfect a design is to remove material, but I believe the skirt and cap would be done away with . . .
