Description
This is my Barty Crouch Jr cosplay/costume which I was originally doing for a Harry Potter LARP.

The LARP was about the Marauders, so my version is Barty when he's about 13 years old. We decided to stick to the discriptions of the characters in the books - even though I like David Tennant as Barty a lot <33 But yeah that's why the blond hair and everything.

I never got to play Barty and probably never really will for various reasons. Still, I was lucky enough to have at least a photoshoot of this costume. It happened quite spontaneous. And as we drove to the woods it suddenly started to rain. At first I was like 'oh no this is going to ruin the pictures' but on the contrary, I think it made them look so much better adding some kind of melancholic atmosphere.

In most pictures I portrayed him rather sad and lost because I think at this age he is still trying to figure out how to deal with his father's neglection and tries to gain his attention but on the other hand also looks for something that he can belong to. Kinda like that.

The Slytherin scarf was borrowed from ~ClownPrinzessin

The picture was taken by a lovely friend who does not have a da account.
I decided to not edit the picture because I think the light and colours are beautiful as they are.
