Sooooooo this is my icon that I made and I'm totally in love with it! *does happy dance* I feel like I've abandoned them which is absolutely blasphemous cause I mean look at them! They are totally made of epic win! :twitch:

Why oh why did they never meet in Wolverine and the X-men? Can fans sue the writers for serious injustice? I mean, I may go into withdrawls. An X-men series where Remy never calls Rogue Chere? A series without even mentioning Swamp Rat?!! Where there was no flirting, what-so-ever? I'm sorry, I'm gonna need a moment. (sobs) Oh my poor little heart! It needs the Romy awesomeness to pump the blood through its veins! (faints due to deprovation, call the Romy paramedics!!)

The show itself wasn't that bad, but they attempted to ruin Rogue and Gambit! I mean not only were they not together, their characters were way off base!! It was purposeful Romy sabotage!!!! Duh Duh Duhhhh!!! To make up for the injustice, there should be a brand new x-men series with extremely heavy doses of Romyness to compensate for the previous neglect!!
(Breathes Deeply) Don't worry, I darted over to my favorites, caught a few glimpses of some Romy artwork and my heart started again. But I won't oppose to the Romy paramedics coming to get me. 
I kinda wish they had continued the series, just so they could try to redeem themselves!! They obviously need fan input, shall we properly instruct them in the awesomeness that is Romy?

Yes I know, right!? That was messed up what they did! I mean when I first saw Remy, I Was all WTF?!? And the fact that they made him sell out his own kind for a large amount of cash! That made me cringe, cause I mean he is a thief for hire, but he does gave honor!

Yeah I kind of do too, only because I wondered what they were gonna do with the Apocalypse arc. They so should have some Romy fans in there to direct them on the one way path that is Romy and it will lead them to awesomeness!

Pfft, I could con the writers into loving the couple almost as much as we do within two hours tops. I don't know if you heard my rant about this, so I'm gonna rant again!
Why is it that when you want to make a suggestion for a new law, you can call a congressman, and they'll get right on it, but you can't call a screenwriter in Hollywood to make a movie suggestion?!? I have hundreds of movie ideas, and they're just sitting uselessly in my head!!
And on the top of that list is a Romy movie!!! Why oh why won't the writers here our pleas for awesomeness?

Oh I'm sure with people like us, we could make them love Romy in less then two hours mostly because of all the good reasons that they should put it in their show!
I think that it should be the other way around, but I also think that it's because congressmen have their phone number available to the public and movie directors do not. Could you imagine the flow of call they'd be getting day in and day out? Talk about mess...all though I do think some of the best movie ideas come from the public.

I can't believe they made the x-men movies the way they did. You realize if they were to still be canon in that world, he'd be like early 40's to her early 20's? I know Remy's our favorite Cajun ladies man, but honestly couldn't they fix it to where they could at least get together in a sequel?? (Puppy dog pouts) Pleassssse!!!!!! That's the worst thing about the movies, there's not enough Romy options left in that 'movie-verse.' They totally removed from 90% of the awesomeness!!! And a Romy movie, would make my decade. I can run off that high for maybe 20-30 years tops.

I never got the BobbyxMarie thing, honestly they had only one moment of any significance in the entire trilogy that gave me any hope for Iceboy. It's the scene where all the mutants are crippled over from the pain of Xavier's attack, and they're still caught on the ship. They're lying there writhing in pain, but still holding hands. Very sweet, but for an entire three movies I expected more from a supposed "couple".
Besides we know that if that had been Remy *cough-shameless plug-cough*, he would have been holding Rogue through the pain, telling her it was going to be okay.
But yes, I am in desperate need for a Romy movie. Wanna grab some picket signs and pitchforks and start a rally outside of Fox studios? Romy fans unite! Bring the Awesomeness back!!

They don' really do much in the couples area...they only seemed to want to focus on the Scott/Jean and Logan/Jean relationships...all others were like null and void.
Oh yes definitely! Remy would have been holding her as close to him as possible even though he was in pain, he would try and help her anyway. Cause he loves her that much!
We definitely need to do something, because there is a serious lack of Romy on the series and movies these days which is a crime to ANY x-men fan because Romy happens all most all the time in the comics! So why not Movies and series? We need to bring back the love!

The movies, in my opinion left a lot to be desired. We did get through some major issues, but the focus was definitly on Wolverine. They seemed to waver away from characterizing any of the others. Rogue's major role was seriously only in the first one, and she was practically invisible by the third one.
Our Rogue-chere has more spirit than that! And if Remy had been there to flirt, and/or egg her on, their love could have balanced out the drama dealt with the Scott/Jean/Logan love triangle. *Sigh* As every day goes by, I'm more and more convinced that there just needs to be a Romy movie! Desperate to bring back the love!

I dunno, if they left a whole lot to be desired, because I mean I really liked what they did with some of the plots, but the one thing that I really would have liked better would be to have had more characters instead of having Logan be the main focus, I mean as much love Logan it's not always about him, so what I think would have been better is to focus more on other characters like Storm, or Rogue...I mean somebody.
As for Rogues character, yeah I didn't really like how they made her character in the movies. After seeing and knowing how she is in the comics and shows I really think they just created a whole new character and gave her the same code name. It's wasn't cool to do that. She's more out going and in your face then they made her in the movies.
As for them being Remy-less...they really should have fixed that, and adding him in X-Men Origins wasn't good enough. He should have been in more then that, he should have been in the first one, second one, and third one waaay before he appeared in Wolverine Origins.
You know what I've noticed...all the series are pulling away from the Romy love, because the 90's one had loads of it, Evolution had some hints, then in Wolverine and the X-Men there was none. I don't know what happened but I think that it became less of a priority for them to make them a couple. Which is sad, cause I mean I like Scott and Jean as much as the next guy, but they aren't the only couple!

Yeah, I just think that, in a weird way, Romy is the "healthier" couple. They have spats sure, but they really are dedicated to eachother and I think it's sad to downgrade that kind of romance because that's the kinda thing the world needs. And yes, when Jean and Scott aren't being kidnapped to be experimented on, or there isn't an Emma Frost in the picture, they make a really nice couple, but do the have the same chemistry as our two southern love birds? I think not.
Rems should have been in every single one of those movies, can you imagine the fight scenes? Oh my gosh, I'm squealing just thinking about it. Other than a terrific romantic moment, a well designed fight with awesome graphics is my first choice for any movie. Remy would have MADE those fights. We all know it.
Rogue needed a confidence booster!! She had all this crazy stuff happen to her and no guy to help her just sit back and laugh at the situation, or at the very least understand what she felt.
I'm reading a story on Fanfiction, where the author introduces Remy right before the events of the third movie, and it completely changes the outcome. I think you'd like it because Remy's character is undeniably terrific, almost like he has no faults. He even acts as an over-protective father figure to a little mutant girl, whose name is Sarah, but by her powers described I think she's Marrow. Not 100% sure but I'd bet money on it. It' called X3: The Ace of Spades. It really shows how one character's influence affects the entire plotline.
And yes, Wolvie appears to be an attention hog, doesn't he? Maybe its just a franchise trying to sell the merchandise kinda thing.

I just think that they are more dynamic as a couple. XD That and I think that they have the strongest bond out of all the couples mostly because its not based off physical it's based off emotion and mental bond. I think they have the strongest relationship out of all the couples because of that.
The physical part is only made them stronger, they have to be the power couple of the series. They love and trust each other with out fail and question. It's also proven that they would die for one another and even go so far as to die with them. Oh, their relationship makes me want one like that.
Romy is like the truest OTP that I've seen in awhile! They are absolutely unbeatable in the strongest couple category.
I mean I do like Scott and Jean, but I think that there love is kind of more like Fairy tail love...Romy is real love. Not saying that Scott doesn't really love Jean because we all know that he does and she him, but what Rogue and Remy have is like unfathomable love that one could only dream of! Is it any wonder I love them as a couple! They have been through so much and made it through so many hard times that so many couples would have given up, but they didn't. XD
Yeah I agree, I think that Remy would have added so much more to the movies and I can't even imagine the dialogue that would have taken place when he's in the picture and just thinking about all those Romy scenes that could have happened just make me squeal inside!

Don't you hate it when the perfect couples just float on air? It's like nothing can ever really affect their pretty little bubble! Romy on the other hand succeeds to overcome challenges by working through them, which does make them the stronger couple, I agree 100% with you there. Their relationship just seems to be based on more, ya know?
I believe the way a couple handes the hurdles life throws at them defines who they are, so they are just- WOW!! The emotional aspect can't even begin to explain it. Not to mention, their just so dang loveable!!! I mean, look at how they interact with eachother, can anyone NOT smile through that?
I heard that they were supposed to make another origins for Wolverine and another for Deadpool, but no other news for our beloved Gambit. What's it gonna take to get some Cajun love going for the producers? I ask you, what's the world coming to?

I know, they seem more real as a couple. They've over come obstacles, climbed mountains, and even beat death to be together. I mean I would kill for someone to love me that much! They are the best couple on that show, no question about it!

Ho-my-gosh! Just woke up and you'll never believe it! I dreamed up a Romy last night, literally! It was like a movie was playing in my head! It wasn't just the x-crew performing out an already written movie, it had it's own plot and dialogue and everything!!! But the weirdest thing, it was a cartoon, but it was like Disney-stylized. It even had Disney-rated references to Remy's womanizing ways. Talk about hard to do, to keep it child friendly. And Rogue was the Prof's daughter, heiress to the fortune needing imminent protection from guess who? Nope, not Mags, but Sinister! Did I mention they were in Paris? And they like grew up together, but you could tell, they like-liked eachother. I don't know, it was strange, yet thrilling. It's the first time I've been able to fully remember a Romy dream, so I might just be a tad hyper. Man, this is better than coffee!!! Just had to get that out before a exploded with a fan-girly scream, no one here appreciates my obsession over the Southeners. Heh, why me? Maybe I'll draw pics to it, maybe not. But it was so cool!

That does sound like it would make a pretty awesome movie, that fact that it takes place in Paris and Sinister is the bad guy makes it even better! XD
And as for Remy's womanizing skills, I think that they would just do it like they did Prince Naveen in "The Princess and the Frog" He was a womanizer and they showed it without actually really showing it, it was more or less referenced. XD

The last picture came from X-treme x-men when Remy was dying and Rogue went to the after life to pull him back refusing to let him go.
