It's a very common picture I think. But I had to relax, I'm under pressure right now -__- And I don't have much time too
I'm proud of the eyes

I think that after seeing your deviations, your strength lies in shading eyes. Huge, cute, innocent.
I said that I think you're a "Fruits Basket" fan mainly because the shading style, cell or not, reminds me of the anime series and the artbook by the mangaka. The shading is nice, and it's good to see you used violets and other colors to shade as well as grays and darker hues of peach. What seems a little bit awkward then, is that the same style isn't applied to the hair. So I would suggest details and little variations on the hair to make it more lively and bouncy. Lineart wise, there's nothing wrong with the face alignment. However, to me it seems that her forehead is a bit...too high. Consider dropping it lower by a bit and she would look a little more real, but still cute, innocent and childlike. One thing I have a slight complaint about is the hair. To me it seems it's either make it all straight or make it "messy" because the one spike coming out from the right half of the drawing (left side of her head) just...doesn't work with the rest of the composition. It's smoothness and innocence, and then...there's that and it sticks out. What you might consider instead, is using a small brush and brushing in individual strands to vary the hair a bit. the same can be applied to the left side of her head where there is also some spiking going on.
Overall though, I like this drawing, and the overwhelming feel of innocence and childhood. Good job!
