10. Harley (Pokemon)- He is a drama king who only got mad at May, only because she said his cookies were not bad. And Ursula (Pokemon)- She is just like Harley, I think if they ever met they might fall in love.
9. Alejandro- he flirted with some girls, just to trick them
8. Eddy's Brother (Ed, Edd, n Eddy)- he bullys Eddy for no explained reason and I don't hate him as bad as down the list
7. Devimon (Digimon season 1)- he separtared the digidensted, hypnotised digimon, and tried to kill T.K.
6. Myotismon (Digimon season 1 and 2)- he abused Gatomon and tried to destory Kari, and he tried making children envy other people.
5. King Salazar (Wakko's Wish) - he wanted to kill the warners and he stole their kingdom.
4. Eggman (Sonic)- a Jerk
3. aoStH Robotnik- he did horrible things to Sonic, Tails, Mobius, and his robots.
2. Satam Robotnik- traitor
1. Sonic Underground Robotnik- he stole the hedgehogs' kindom and did bad things to them.

I agree with all. But I actually find #3 (Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog version of Dr Robotnik) really Funny cause he always ends up getting his butt kicked in the end. 
But I respect you opinion.

True that. Even though I find Momma Robotnik funny too cause her voice and actions. But then again, she is the worst mom aswell. Akito is the worst. If you read the manga aswell you would actually hate him/her more (but also feel a tiny bit sympathise aswell but will still hate Akito). In the Manga, Akito is actually a Female since his/her Mom didn't like Akito cause he/she was a Girl. So she raise him/her more of a Boy than a girl since she hates Akito alot and doesn't want Akito to be the head of the Sohma (or I think Shoma if I got it wrong) Family.

well the reason why robotnik/eggman do those things is because he's a villain but if you hate them it's alright
