I was inspired by this stamp: www.deviantart.com/creatincsre…False Reporting anything from any type of art, journal, story and etc. counts as abuse towards Deviantart's Policy (a friend told me it was) which is why it can get you in trouble.
I mainly do stuff that is safe for work but if I do something that is actually mature content then I put the tag on it before posting it to Deviantart. I also put a warning on my art, stories and etc. no matter if it's safe for work or not. So people can know what's coming up before they choose whether or not they should hit the back button.

Only if it's stolen, traced, hate or killing other people's artworks, these should be reported but not anything that you don't like.

I agree with you (because I had art stolen by two people in the past) and people are free to put this stamp on their page or journal if they agree as well

I agree, which is why I decided to get this off my chest. I didn't come here years ago just to be forced into drama or blamed for it. Unlike some users, I can tell whether or not my art truly needs a mature content tag and I made this stamp after being inspired by this stamp:
