Neseria was a normal human child. Her real name was Lisa. She didn't spend a long time with her parents, because one-day bounty hunter had a mission to kill her mother. His name was Kur Vortex. He could of course also kill Lisa, but he didn't. He took her with him and raise her. He even gave her a new name Neseria, or how she likes to be called "Neclo". She never became like her new "father". She was more interested in building.
