It is le finished! *passes out* I finally got photo-shop working with my tablet again and decided now was a good time to get some more practice.Anyway, Here's 's OC, Racheal, as requested. I hope it looks ok ^_^ I would of put in a background, but i'm lazy (;;>_>)
