Most of the time when I see Sonic art it's a bit bleh. This one is on the other hand is quite impressive indeed. The character of Silver is one of determination and strength of will, you express this excellently here.
What's more impressive is you are showing his raw emotion and the outline expresses his super natural psychic abilities very clearly. His eyes are straight ahead with targeting precision, Silver here is set on a target.
