Okay, so this is my second bokeh effect. I think that I've improved, since the last one wasn't in a good quality as I've blurred it too much. This one though came out pretty.I hope you like it. If you do, please comment, add a favourite and download! : ) I will appreciate any advice and opinions about it. (It only costs 10 points, I just want to see if someone would buy it)
