From the outset I must say I feel that the anticipation into the run could have been alot simpler just an ordinary anitcipation into a hold instead of the twist anticipation and flow into the run offscreen.It doesn't read very well.
and the short anticipation would have given you more frames to make the run off a bit clearer.The closeup though a nice lipsynch needs to match expression with the painic in the voice track ie. worried brows. he looks too calm.
At the opening of the scene I think the ear should have been up first with head forward then a small anticipation into the head turn.
Nice secondary action and the layout is very professional looking.

thanks, i spent too long on the lipsync i think, my run and antic suffered from it. - oh well ! too late now! And I'am far from king of layouts haha - should look at austin or youngtak / mike compton's stuff!
