Heh, I always thought the same. Many of them, like Cenicienta the glass girl on Sailor Moon or that pink fluffy lioness Falion are downright adorable. And yeah, there were exceptions, remember Breast Claw? Brrrr....

I plan on drawing some much-needed fanart of Puman Claw, she is really cute.

I also like Tarantula Panther, especially her Cutie Honey Flash incarnation. Poor gal gets taken out by misfire from her own partner... Another gal I just love is the fluffy, sleek Fantastic Butterfly. You just wanna cuddle her with all that yellow fluffy fur! And dunno if you ever saw the new manga, but Batfly/Badfly Claw is also pretty cute. She is like a bat crossed with a leopard.

I like that you're planning on drawing more Puman Claw; any fanart of minor characters from well-known series' always gets a thumbs-up from me.  I've seen your other artwork in the past, and I get the feeling you're a bit like me: you have a soft spot for the easily-forgotten minions - especially the female ones!  If I'm off the mark here, please feel free to correct me.

I haven't seen much of Cutie Honey Flash but I've seen enough to start hunting down the rest of the episodes.  Unfortunately, I have to say that I preferred the original 1973 Tarantula to her updated counterpart, both for her design and for the fact that her death was played as a little more ambiguous (Have you even seen a spider die from falling from a great height?).  After all...we never saw what happened to her in the manga, either...

I've also seen enough Flash to agree with you about Fantastic Butterfly, she's positively huggable! Coincidentally, her antennae reminded me of another character created by Go Nagai - Silene from "Devilman".  Can you see it too, or is it just me?  The only other character who's really stood out for me in Flash would have to be Cupid Claw - I think she's adorable! Reminds me a little of a chibi Harpy from Yu-Gi-Oh! (I probably should add White Panther here, too, but she's really just an older version of her minus the bow!)

I dabble in fanfiction from time to time, and I've been considering writing a few one-shots for Cutie Honey after I get reacquainted with the series a bit more.  If you had any requests I'd be more than happy to see what I could whip up for you, Swift.

Heheh, Breast Claw is hilarious.  But no less than Bomber claw, who fires bombs from her boobs! She is quite sexy otherwise.

Yep, you got me figured out - I have a love of the obscure. There are millions of Krystal and Renamon pics out there, or Lt. Fox Vixen (as of late), why bother making the one million and second? Besides, I love the personalities of some of these characters, too. I have plans for a comic crossover with a LOT of these obscure villains and minions.

I like the new Tarantula Panther too - she was cute, and her entrance while wrapping up the guards is just super sexy as she spins on her own webs. Poor gal - got gunned down by accident by her own partner. I always wondered WHAT the Panther Claw are, considering they melt away when killed - are they demons? Artificial life-forms? Who knows...

And yes, I can see the resemblance to Silene/Sirene. Speaking of her - she is a harpy, basically, and her Devilman Lady counterpart, Harpy is even more-so, with a rather anthro reptilian face. I have drawn her twice already, but as the pics are adult, you can only find them on my FA account. She is one amazing, big blue birdy.

Oh, yeah, Cupid Claw was adorable! And I loved White Panther. heck, poor gal even went out of her way not to kill the models she was stealing the clothes off, but it got her no mercy.
Another gal I liked was Saton Claw - y'know, the little Gremlin-like creature, who multiples and can combine into one giant version!

Thanks for the offer! I had some ideas myself to draw Puman Claw surviving Honey's stabbing (albeit badly), and while recuperating pretending to be a human, she meets Cheetu (goofball irresponsible speedster Chimera Ant from Hunter X Hunter).... and, well, two super-fast cheetahs meet, do the math- they do a quickie... or rather, several ones.
