These are cute, but the Standard is still my favorite of these. The rest just look too different to be the same pokemon.

You did a great job for a first try, so I'd say look at some other ones by other people to see how to strike the right balance of new and old in the variants.
Also, I'm pretty sure Poochyena is more of a baby hyena/domesticated dog. It's kinda in the name. (Pooch + Hyena = Poochyena) So yeah, no actual relation to wolves at all. Sorry if you already knew that, but it's a common mistake. I'm glad one of the variants you made was hyena-like at least.
