There is only 1 of this in the whole game hidden in one of the 3 stacks of monster cards.
After it's been pulled by a (unlucky) team, it's discarded immediately.

It can be countered tough by having the 'pants card' in your possession, wich can be bought in the shop when available. With this your team is safe, unfortunatly there is also only 1 of this card available in the whole game. So the teams gotta be quick or take the risk.
