I know you probably weren't expecting a comment on this picture in may, maybe I'm late... but like other commenters, I would like to give you the help that you asked for.
If you finished the picture or not, I don't know.
I would suggest studying the people around you, to get a sort of feel of how limbs are able to move and how fabric falls over shapes. Take photos if need be. Take a look at fashion magazines and stuff, and study the ways fabric scrunches at certain points.
But like ~=ruphia said, start with the shape of the body first. I know a lot of this may sound like a repeat, and may be a little annoying, but bear with me here.

When I started drawing, a long time ago, I had to learn that the hard way. I was completely horrible at dare say everything, from eyes to hair and arms (like I said; everything)
then I slowly figured out, by studying (in the ways mentioned above), how things worked, moved and folded, to improve as much as I had.
The moral of the story; Practice makes perfect and studying your butt off helps.

Cute composition! A girl and her dog.... wolf.. canine companion! The friendship between them is very clear. It's sweet.

Now, if I might offer some advice...

you might have better results if you drew the body before you drew the clothes - i mean, maybe you did, I can't be sure, but the appearance at first glance says otherwise. I don't mean it needs to be detailed, though. Only as much as those art manikins they sell - cylinders for the the arms, balls for the joints like elbow, shoulder, knee, etc. The idea is that it lets you work out the proportions, the pose, and how the figure would look three dimensionally, all before you get into the nitty gritty of detail like clothing, hair, and facial expressions.

speaking of drawing three dimensionally, one thing I have been learning more and more is to practice basic perspective drawing, too. Because while it might not seem like it - every drawing is a perspective drawing. If you think of your figures as three dimensional shapes in perspective and draw them as such, it gives them a feeling of solidity, of being real, even if the style is unrealistic, toony, or anime-like.

One thing I like is that you have your characters off of center, instead of dead in the middle of the 'page'. That's good! It makes for better images, ones that are less boring and static. But before you finish, maybe you might scoot them up and over about a half inch up and right - that way there's room for all of the feet, and the borders of the image are less cluttered.
