in my JROTC class, we're going to have the reenactment again this year, and again i get to be a Celt
. i kinda wanted to be a Roman though 
. oh well, it'll still be awesome X3. 
so yeah, i drew this on the back of the info page about it, so you can still see the words
but i also included the shield designs and some raondom thing at the bottom which is supposed to be half braid - half olive leaf crown thing. i don't really know why, it just looked more complete with it. ~.^

Here's how it went down. In the first battle the Celts had a disinct advantage with the spears in a narrow space filled with trees that kepted breaking up the Roman line. Sevral Celts jumped a fence and surrounded the Romans who thought they were dead. Celtic victory with 2/3 losses, No Roman survivors.
The second battle took place on an open field where the forces were about even in streangth. Two lines deep The Romans surrounded the hord of Celts and wiped them out despite several beserking celts who wouldn't die. Roman victory with 1/4 lost, and one Celtic prissoner who was later executed.

Truly the ultimate showdown. The detail on the Roman is really great. And you gotta love that Celtic knot.

yees, well i was a Celt last year, and i wanted to try the discipline with the Romans stuff this year :3
