Sheriff Hitch is in his office, sitting at his desk having finished paperwork.

Hitch: That's all for today. I'm looking forward to the weekend. Just me, the girls, and Sparky.

He then starts looking around for his baby dragon.

Hitch: Where is that little scamp?

We go to the outside of the police department, where Sparky is walking around while happily giggling and making cute baby noises. He does this for a bit until stopping in front of a box stick trap with a gem in the middle. He looks at it with curiosity and we see Misty hiding in the bushes, with a devious look on her face and holding onto a string. When someone goes into the middle of it, she pulls the string and the box falls, trapping whoever it is.

Misty: I did it!

She went over to the box and lifted it up with one hoof, only to see that it was not her intended target. It was a little filly, the same filly who's ice cream Sprout took during his "Angry Mob" song, who likely thought the gem was candy. She glares angrily at Misty who smiles nervously. The filly kicks her in the leg before walking off. Misty grabs her leg in pain and hops a bit.

As she wonders where the dragon is, she see's another box and stick trap, bigger than hers, with a bowl of gourmet popcorn, her favorite food, in the middle. Without thinking, she excitedly goes over to it and moves her head down to the bowl, when suddenly the box falls onto her and traps her under it. Sparky gets on his back and cutely laughs at her falling into his trap before Hitch steps outside.

Hitch: There you are, Spark.

He picks the baby dragon up and walks away with him. Misty gets out from the trap before she gets a call from Opaline.

Opaline: Well Misty? Have you succeeded in capturing that dragon?

With her eyes closed and ears down, she shakes her head no and Opaline sighs and tells her "Perhaps, your incompetence is my fault. Try to make yourself useful, if you ever want your cutie mark" before she hangs up. Hitch arrives to the Brighthouse, where the girls have just finished giving Solar Spell a tour of the place. He looks at Pipp, more specifically at her tiara.

Solar: You wouldn't happen to be royalty by any chance?

Pipp: You mean you don't know me? I'm Princess Pipp. The princess of Zepyhr Heights. Don't you watch my live streams?

Zipp: Pipp, not everypony spends their whole life on the Canternet.

Sunny: I think Solar here doesn't keep track with current events and probably doesn't get out much. No offense.

Solar: None taken. *Looks back at Pipp* So, do you raise the sun or the moon, or protect the Crystal Empire?

Pipp: Eh... the sun and the moon move by themselves. I think I might have read something about the Crystal Empire in my dad's notes, but I don't know where it is.

Solar: ...The Sun and the Moon move by themselves!? How is that even possible?

Pipp: Wow... you really don't get out much do you? The sun and the moon have always moved on their own.

Zipp: *On the verge of laughing* Yeah, next you'll be telling us the clouds don't move on their own.

Before Solar can say something, Hitch enters the Brighthouse getting their attention.

Solar: Hi Sunny, I'm home!

Sunny: Welcome back, Hitch. Meet Solar Spell.

Solar waves at him.

Hitch: *To Solar* Hey there. *To Sunny* Are you babysitting now?

Sunny: Sort of. His parents are out of town and he needs a place to stay.

Hitch: That's some irresponsible parents. I couldn't imagine leaving Sparky alone, but helping ponies is what we do, so you're welcome to stay here for as long as you need to.

Solar: And this must be Sparky?

Hitch: Yup. I do my best to be the best pony dragon dad in the world to him.

Izzy: Your the only pony dragon dad.

Stars form in Solar's eyes, adoring the cute baby dragon.

Solar: Could I maybe hold him for a bit, please?"

Hitch says "sure" as he passes Sparky over and Sparky reaches his tiny claws at Solar Spell, making cute baby noises. The colt takes the baby dragon into his hooves and hugs him, the dragon hugs him back. Misty, who is watching them through the window, decides to call Opaline.

Opaline: I trust you have something good to report to me?

Misty: I do. Sunny and the others have a new friend. He's a unicorn colt.

Opaline: And?

Misty: And... that's about it. Though while he seems nice, I think he might be hiding something from them.

Opaline: Well, whatever it is, it's of no concern to me. Just focusing on getting me that dragon.

She hangs up on her.
