(Set in a different universe than my own, taking place a few years after the events of the Mlp final; the Ending of the End. But Balaur exists in this universe and has escaped Tartarus once before to terrorize both the ponies and dragons before being imprisoned again)

Today begins a beautiful day in Equestria and a few years have passed since the fall of the Legion of Doom as the unification of the species of Equestria has come to fruition, beginning an era of tolerance and happiness until the next generation. The mane six haven't changed much for now, except for Princess Twilight Sparkle who little by little her height and body have changed, being taller than Princess Cadance but equal to Princess Luna's height, being caused by Alicorn maturation. The rest are fine for now.

The new Princess of Equestria's sun rises to a beautiful new day for her subjects who live under her benevolent rule. Everypony is happy...except one. Imprisoned in the depths of Tartarus is a pony who has committed unspeakable atrocities. The darkness hides his appearance and he opens his red glowing eyes.

Him: One day I will return, and they will all know the true meaning of fear and suffering. *Chuckles evilly before the screen cuts to black *

Later, someone is approaching on the rocky path of Tartarus (Having somehow gotten pass Cerberus), and the caged villain listens to his footsteps that are getting louder and louder.

???: You must be the cursed pony.

Him: Oh lucky me, a visitor(!) Haven't had one in centuries.

???: I know about you...Balaur.

Balaur: You know of my proud accomplishments? How I scaled many dragons alive and bent many more to my will?

???: Mostly, but I know more your failure against those warriors and princesses just to end that curse.

Balaur: I hope you didn't come all the way to the depths of Tartarus just to make my suffering worst by berating me?

???: Well, I would do it with all the time left if I could, but that's not exactly why I came.

Balaur: So, why did you come?

He doesnt say a word and releases a yellow and black beam at the cage, breaking it and pushing Balaur to the rock wall. Balaur slowlys gets up and looks to see the pony who freed him.

Balaur: *Fearfully stutters* G...gr...gr...Grogar? The Father of monsters himself?

Grogar: Yes, you're the kind of pony I'm looking.

Balaur: Why would you be looking for me?

Grogar: Simple, because I want make them pay for what they did to me. I'm not talking about the one who sealed me, I'm talking about something else.

Balaur: *Raises an eyebrow* Hmm?

Grogar: You see, I saw how a draconequus used my form to make a small legion of some of the most notorious villains of Equestria. And those fools only got so far because that idiot didn't plan ahead and because they used his and my magic. And they still failed to conquer the land I once ruled with an Iron Fist long ago.

Balaur listens to his story.

Grogar: Now that I returned, I require an ally who is powerful and sinister like me.

Balaur gets interested.

Grogar: Tirek had potential, but proved to be just as incompetent as the others. You on the other hand, are the type of villain suited to rule by my side, a being without compassion who only wishes to see the world burn and destruction, I would believe me if you were one of my creations.

Balaur gets a bit flattered and blushes a bit.

Balaur: Um, thank you.

Grogar: I will free you from this prison and ensure that you have total subjection of the dragons, in return for your service.

Balaur: *Smiles evilly* Consider it done, my master.

He walks up closer to Grogar and the two villains surround themselves in an aura, Grogar's is golden with shooting sparks and Balaur's dark red.

Balaur: With our combined power, no one will ever be able to stop us again!

They both laugh evilly.
