Also, for when you draw humans, try to put a bit more emotion and action into them- if you look, you can see that in some pieces characters like Italy are pulling a Norway/Hong Kong and there's not very much dynamic action in the pieces of yours that I've seen.

Ah- try watching the world around you and morphing things that you see to create new poses. I'll admit that I'm not the best at putting them into motion either, but even just stretching their arms or furrowing their brows can set a scene!
