Alys isn't vocaloid and never was.
If anything she is being released for CeVIO.
Basically the group behind her had designed the voclaoid and got the singer but hadn't actually approached Yamaha to ask to make it. they seemed to have presumed that Yamaha would just give the approval and have done with it. So it was a error of Alys' makers.
