This is Jackie O’Lantern, her outfit is inspired by scarecrows and carved pumpkins :3
When she opens her mouth the jagged lines on either side of her lips open and it’s like a zig-zagged carved pumpkin :3

If her personality is caring, maybe she could be Pumpkin 's friend? She has a hard time being so small at the school some times ..

This is just me, but you should've named her "Jill O'Lantern". I got that idea from a documentary on "Jack the Ripper", there were theories about the Ripper being a female who was labeled as "Jill the Ripper" in reference to the Nursery Rhyme. I just put two and two together. But that's just my opinion.
