After a brisk sprint, he came up to a signal whose arm was set to danger and eased to a stop. On an adjacent track was Juvia, who was taking on water. She was happy to see him, but the same could not be said of Gray. He didn't like how clingy and possessive she often was over him. "Come on! Whoever has the right-of-way is taking forever! I wish they'd hurry up so I don't have to--" He muttered to himself before Juvia butted in.

"Hello, GRAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!" Juvia squealed delightedly. Gray wheeshed, mournfully. "How's my hunky piece of steel doing?"

"Not now." Gray moaned. "I've been busy all day."

"Awww, cheer up!" Juvia chirped. "You get to see me!" Gray rolled his eyes and groaned again.

"Gramps said I have to get these empty trucks to Magnolia, then I have to take a goods train down to the harbor, so I can't be kept chatting!" He snapped, impatiently.
