Knowing that Mr. Makarov would be cross if he didn't go and help her, despite it not being his fault the goods train to the harbor would be delayed, Gray grudgingly puffed down the line to rescue the engine who was infatuated with him.

"Gray, my darling!" Juvia twittered, cheerfully as Gray pulled alongside her. "I'm so sorry! I wanted to surprise you by helping you out with all your work today!" She apologized.

"Save it till we get to the harbor." Gray huffed, but he couldn't deny that he felt some relief that she took it upon herself to help him with his work. He puffed forward a short distance until he could switch onto Juvia's track, buffering up to her and the train. Once the guard was ready, the two set off again for the harbor. Even with only one cylinder, Juvia huffed and puffed her hardest to help Gray carry the heavy load, which although he didn't show, he was indeed thankful for.
