Description
The 60 series was the final form of the John Deere sound guard tractor. The 4560 (155 horsepower), 4760 (175 horsepower), and 4960 (210 horsepower) were the successors to the 45, 47, and 4955, respectively from 1992 to 1994. The last Soundguard tractor to come off the line at Waterloo Works was a 4760, built on May 25, 1994. The Soundguards are now regarded as the most successful tractor series of all time.
