Meanwhile, Lucy was organizing trucks in the yard at Natsu's junction when Elfman came bustling through with his goods train. Lucy moved onto the siding, out of the way until Elfman had steamed by. Once he had passed, the signalman tried to set the points back to where Lucy could move off the siding and continue shunting, but the points wouldn't move. He quickly went outside to tell Lucy's driver what had happened."The points are jammed and I can't set them back for Lucy. We'll have to wait for the track gangers to come and fix them tomorrow morning, it's too late now!"
"That's too bad." Said Lucy's driver. "Looks like you'll have to stay here tonight until they can fix the points in the morning."
"Can't they get a crane to come pick me up and move me over onto the other line?! There's got to be some other way!" Lucy protested.
"It'll take a lot of effort to bring the breakdown gang here to move you, and it'll block the line even more." Explained Lucy's driver.
"Well could you at least tell me where you're going?" She asked him, crossly.
"Home for tea!" Lucy was speechless.
