Description
On Cybertron, the war was turned in the Decepticons favor in the wake of the Kaon offensive, a daring series of thrusts into Autobot held city states. In this dark time, Optimus Prime gave the green light for the construction of the Ark, a spacecraft designed to stay in space for years at a time with little or no contact with Cybertron or other outposts. However, Optimus and his crew were ambushed by Megatron and his crew, where both of their ships crash landed on Earth, a planet previously unknown to the Autobots. There, they met Sam Witwicky, Leo Spitz and Mikaela Barnes and forged and an alliance with the humans to help them defend their planet and are hailed as heroes on Earth.
