James and Calynn were at the junction, chatting happily as any healthy engaged couple would. It was a lovely early autumn morning as the leaves of the trees began to turn red and flutter around in the breeze. The air was crisp and the breeze was gentle. It was perfect weather. Just then, a big, booming whistle could be heard. "Hello, hello!" James perked up, excited to hear the owner of the whistle's voice.

"Gordon!"

Gordon was pulling in with a fast local passenger train. "Hello James, fine weather we're having this morning, isn't it?"

"Yes indeed! Splendid I'd say!" James agreed.
