A comic idea me and my buddy heartacid came up with being Sherfans ourselves
based on the observations that:1) Even though the dramatic and cute scene between Sherlock and Molly Hooper was right before this, she's not even mentioned by him xD
2) Sherlock just keeps saying people's names in this episode! "John" "Mrs. Hudson" "Lestrade"
I know this isn't really accurate because he specifically said there were three gunmen I'm just having a bit of fun!
Sadly, BBC Sherlock and it's characters are not mine.

This is funny, but I have to agree with Staubie. He didn't forget her. He deliberately didn't mention her, because she was part of his plan to get out of this predicament. Can't just give away your escape plan after all

It is not so, that Sherlock forgets her. I think, it is part of his plan.
Because he knows hat Moriarty thinks, she wouldn't count. But she does.
And Moriarty mustn't know this, because she is the only one who can help Sherlock.
