Seine is a skimmer with a lot of spunk. A breezie with a never-ending supply of energy and personality, she's always on the move. She can be a drama whore, especially when there's gossip going on. If you want something to be a secret, you never tell Seine a thing, because her mouth is always open. When she's not passing on rumors, she's helping Rainy in her shop, where Seine works. Many breezies swear up and down that the two are long lost sisters, but they can assure you, there's no relation whatsoever. The shop is where Seine gets the ribbons in her hair. She has a fondness for them, and is constantly switching the colors around, although she's got a particular fondness for pink.
