This... thing is TV Shredder.

He's actually a different version of Gawain Hale's POE-Bot that got scrapped and abandoned. This abandoned robot replaced its head with a broken tv, which he repaired, his neck is a bunch of wires that were connected to the tv, and can also float.

When he's 1 or 5 feet closer to a TV, that said TV would automatically turn itself on, and it makes the TV play a TV show the POE Members like, like Jelly Jamm, Little Einsteins, ETC.

His voice comes from the TV head.

Well his kind of weakness is getting his head turned off by a TV remote.

Yea. That's it.

Also, he can fly.
