Backstory: Blaire Tahlia is the youngest daughter of Noctis and Osiria Tahlia as well as the youngest of three siblings. However unlike her family, she possesses an ability unseen in the Tahlia family tree for ages, a super strength prehensile tail. Able to withstand the weight of herself as well as ten times of it, Blaire is able to fling herself to and fro without trouble. Because of this ability, Blaire constantly finds herself staying out late swinging between streets and buildings for the fun of it. However when the young Tree Kangaroo stumbles upon an abandoned lab, that’s when things began to grow complicated. Blaire stumbled upon a prototype anti-gravity suit called the Null Star. Initially she took it home and hid it from her parents, but she wasn’t the best liar.
Discovering the suit, Osiria questioned Blaire of it’s origins and what it was. When the young kangaroo couldn’t give an answer, Osiria stormed off with the suit. Disheartened and hurt, Blaire would be surprised to find a new outfit laid upon her bed the next day that struck a striking resemblance to the jumpsuit she found days before. Revealed by her mother, Osiria Tahlia used to work for an abandoned project called Null Star, which is where the jumpsuit gets it’s name. Although it was just a prototype, it worked enough with it’s extensive testing to have been greenlit and would of began mass production weren’t for the fact that the Divinity soon changed their vision of the Null Star jumpsuit and cancelled the project. Seeing her daughter’s excitement over the jumpsuit, she decided to retrofit it to reflect Blaire’s style as well as give it better safety measures for the young Mobian.
Set lose on the world with her new Null Star dress, Blaire was able to swing higher and farther than ever before- the the point where she could fly!
She was always a kind hearted girl and saw the good in everyone. She always wanted to help those she could, so when she saw someone in danger she knew what she had to do. For a young child she was quite fearless and tough. Able to subdue the attackers, she came into contact with the trickster Mirage, aka Ava the Imp. Initially Ava befriended Blaire in attempt to steal the Null Star dress, but with the girl showing her genuine friendship, Mirage felt conflicted about her motives. The weasel ended up settling on truly befriending the younger Mobian and the two decided to set out and see what trouble they can reverse.
Fun Facts: The hot pink high lights of her dress and outfit are the housing for the Anti Gravity technology imbued into the clothing. They act as anchors and stabilizers so that the gems do go out of control and send the user rocketing into space.
