Je travaille depuis lundi au service de garde de l'école ou j'ai fait mon stage. j'ai un magnifique horaire. 6h45am à 5h30pm. Même en me couchant a 8h je dors pas assez. T_T Mais bon, l'école fini bientôt pour les petits aussi, j'attends les bidous! Je pense pas appeler personne avant la fds prochaine, pour cause de jveudédodo Mais je vais être dispo samedi. ou dimanche. dans la journée. TÔT

Pleakley's voice is awesome. And it's very hard not to slash them both, but the awkwardness stops me a great deal. And the fics aren't that great, either, lol.

I know what you mean about the slashing and awkwardness there But i do love all the little almost canon moments in it .

My fave one to date is when Jumba is working on a new experiment and Pleakley walks in on him because he's bringing him mashed potatoes for dinner "I brought you mashed potato...and some of it hasnt even been on the floor!" or something to that extent lol

For the record, I didn't turn anyone gay, this time! Just watch Lilo and Stich (it's a great movie, one of my all-time favorites for reasons unrelated to present picture) and you'll see that Pleakley's human costume are dresses and wigs half of the time.
Then, in Stich! The movie, you see that he tries on Nani's clothes behind her back, and she happens to be a twenty something years old girl.
And in the series, it gets worse. That's where he becomes a barbie doll, the amount of dresses just keeps growing and growing. He even parades around the house with an orange Hawaiian pareo, when there's absolutely no need to be disguised. It is stated that he actually likes it. To his own mother.
And he's Disney. That, and the fact that I love his voice (awesome voice actor) and attitude, makes him my current muse. And Barbie doll. XD

But still, Lilo and Stitch is a pretty awesome movie even without all that. Which is canon, btw.

Oh, I didn't say you turned that one gay. You only turn people gay if they're not

Although if he wears female clothes, I don't see how it makes him gay. I mean, for one, he's not human and wouldn't be aware of the stupid genre conventions in clothes (stating that females are allowed to dress like males but not the other way around), and on top of that, most crossdressers aren't gay in their birth sex (apparently, same proportion of gay people than in non-crossdressers. So, most of them are gay after they get a sex change, if they ever get one.)

This being said, I'm not saying he's NOT gay either. He could very well be. (Do we even know how many genders his species has?). Just, your justification for it reminded me on some stereotypes that are apparently being fought in crossdressing and crossgender circles (yes, I do hang in crossdressing circles I like learning stuff. I can't imagine being a writer and not trying to learn about various point of views and life experiences, I'm sure you can relate to that).

I'll have to watch the movie someday, I keep hearing good things about it ^_^

Now, I am under the impression that you think I like to "turn everybody gay" for the sake of it Don't forget, old girl, that being bisexual, a simple thing as gender never mattered much to me in matters of love and lust. I just don't take it into consideration when pairing characters I like. I do have straight (canon) pairings, you know? ^_- I just don't post them over here because I don't feel I can draw them/add anything good to the fandom.

Also, just to quickly answer to your two weeks old message, it is stated in the Lilo and Stitch universe that Pleakley is completely aware that the clothes are for human girls, is ashamed to tell his mother, and yes, there are only two genders in the species.

The gay bit is because him and Jumba are ALWAYS playing the happy couple, they even got married once, lol Shopping together is just a logical conclusion ^_-

I think you pair people without taking into account who the characters are, as created by the author (including of course sexual orientation which is part of people's personality) and as a result you will turn some characters gay or straight for the sake of a pairing.

Since Redcloak seems to be straight as per Start of Darkness, and since I don't know who you'd pair him with if you drew him, I made that joke. Also, the green guys you draw seem to be gay, whether it's cannon or not. So basically I was saying "if making him gay is what it takes, so be it".
Really, I don't even want you to draw him at all, I was just trying to tease you xD

I feel that "personality" was a bad choice of words, so I'll try and explain it better

What I mean is that, for instance, the fact that I'm sexually attracted to men and not to women is at least as important a part of me as the fact I like cats and dislike spiders, or like chocolate and dislike beer.
If I was a character, pairing me up with a woman would be the equivalent of giving me a pet spider or making me drink beer all day long.
It wouldn't be me anymore. And if it had been established in the story that I like men and not women, doing it any differently has to be intentional.

(It's of course different when a detail is not said. If the fact I'm arachnophobic is never mentionned in a story, giving me a pet spider isn't any weirder than giving me a pet dog. I mean, what isn't said by the author doesn't exist, so it's fair game.)

I think we just have a different way of looking at these stuff. It seems that you do that for fun, while if I do some fanstuff, I'll be a control freak about respecting every little details and having to adapt or add something will keep me up all night in shame. (See the Order of the Stick cards. I had to add stuff because the stick figures are, well, stick figures. Well it was very, very hard and even now I feel like what I did wasn't good enough to really be worth the characters created by the author).

Anyway, I was just teasing you. Didn't mean for it to turn into a long discussion on all of that.
