Personality:
Kin is a very interesting type of Demon. He personally enjoys scarring the wits out of unsuspecting people. He's very mischievous, and curious about anything. You cant keep anything secret from him or he will do everything in his power to find out what it is. Outside of being a prankster, he's a big sweetheart that no one really gets to see. He easily becomes attached to others, and will try and protect them as best as he can. Sometimes he can get a bit clingy, But it's just out of affection. -BE WARNED- He tends to prank the ones he cares about more often then anyone else. Can be very shy at first due to being alone for long amount of time.

Bio:
Kin had an interesting start to his demon life. He was born with an abnormally long tail as a kitten, so everyone thought he was a demon to begin with. He was brought to a local shrine to be Exorcised, but the current priestess couldn't bare to do something like that to a kitten. As he got older His powers began to manifest more, but with the priestesses help, he put them to good use instead of evil.
The day his tail forked was a sad day indeed. He was a child now, no older than 10, and was able to transform into a human due to hard training. He often helped out with errands for his priestess. While he was out, he heard sudden news that the shrine was on fire! Hot blue fire swarmed the shrine, keeping all who wanted to help away with heat, except for young Kin. Yes the demon fires were hot to him, but not as hot as it would be to a normal human. It took a long while and a lot of magic to subdue the flames, but by the time he got to his priestess, she was gone.
Due to using so much magical energy his tail had split in two marking him as a permanent Demon, instead of the Manekineko He wished to be. Ever since then people stayed away from the abandoned shrine, claiming it was cursed. Those who trespass are often chased away by a demonic cat.
After a while of growing up in the half burnt shrine, he began to grow lonesome. He had heard of demons becoming servants to deities now, and that sparked some motivation.
With much work on his hands, he cleaned up the shrine as best as he could, hoping someone would stop by.
He often waits in his feline form inside the offering box to see if anyone stops by.

Other information:
He has never actually been to the spirit world.
He prefers to look gender neutral. His priestess always taught him that it's what's on the inside that counts, so he feels most comfortable like that.
That being said he primarily goes by he/him, but dosent care if other call him she/her.
He dosent use any kind of fire magic anymore, since people used to blame the fire on him.
His main power is transformation. He has perfected this skill to ware he can look and sound like anything he wants.
He has a stash of jewelry,coins, and other valuble/shiny things hidden underneath the floor boards of the shrine.
He's quite the talented singer.
Has multiple scars. 1 below his right eye, claw marks on his shoulder, and scars on his knees.

Hitomi- good friends. She found him at his shrine and eventually became good friends since they were both nekomata. They now live together.
