Nope, but Devil May Cry was based off of a scrapped version of Resident Evil 4, so they're quite close to one in the same if you think about it.

Not necessarily. It depends on which variation of Leon you look at. In RE4, yes he was kind of on the lanky side; however, if you look closely at him in the Digital Film by Capcom called "Degeneration", he's actually quite built. Leon, from what I have observed, actually has a small head and his hair makes up for the rest; however, if you would like me to retry the model with a larger head for you specifically, I would be more than happy too, but I warn you, his neck on this model is pretty thick so I don't know how well it will turn out. Thanks for the feedback!
