Practise stuff *u*I still need some practise on skin colouring though...

I think it does look good, but I must agree that the lighting is a little too harsh. If this was in black and white, I could say that it's just a hard contrast. Since it's in color, I think that you need one more level between the color and the white. Under the eyes and a bit on the chest. It's just got such hard contrast and I think it could be improved just a bit!
But I do like the selection of colors! Skintones are great and the color blue is good too! Keep it up!
