Reasoning: Indeedee's bipedal posture and horns with mainly Skitty features. Colors from both. One eye is bad, and sometimes closed, a homage to skitty's squint. Tail has a skitty length/type, with a more Indeddee-like tip shape (I think???? I can't find a back view. if it's not tufty , then shiny for the tip shape). Shiny for quaga-like pattern, orange, cloven hoof toes, and floof.
