Reasoning: Dedenne and Rattata combine to make a tiny basically rattata-like form with general dedeene compactness, a long tufted Dedenne tail that tapers like rattata at the tufted end, and large ears that curl back like dedenne's. Mostly rattata like markings(light under, pink paws, ect), with dedenne back stripes and long whiskers.
