Live by the Deus-Ex-Machina. Die by the Deus-Ex-Machina. Amadeus tragically, or not so tragically is out of the game.Amadeus was a character that while he was small and didn't even last a whole 3 episodes left a big mark on the season. Just like with Charity I wanted him to appear as broken as possible in the worst way. When people started calling him Enter, it was honestly perfect because I knew exactly what Amadeus's story was going towards. The complete dismantling of someone with abusively overpowered abilities.
And to be honest it worked out quite well. Amadeus received quite a bit of hate during his stay out here, and it was not undeserved hatred either. Even his elimination was a result of him overstepping the lines and acting with hostility when he didn't need to.
Although some might be a little upset that Amadeus was not properly voted out. I find it fitting that he did leave like this. Amadeus as he showed in Episode 1, as well as right before the challenge. He was never interested in playing Survivor as it normally should... So naturally it would be fitting for him to leave in a way that not most survivors who play the game do. Besides it's been a long time since I've had a Medical Evacuation of any kind. And this setup seemed to fit perfectly for this season.
However with Amadeus out of the game. Fini is now down to five players despite winning the challenge. Will they recover from this? We'll have to wait and see.

Tony is really acting like a Family Guy character, and not in the Season 1-5 sort of way. Amadeus got done dirty, he shouldn't have left like that.

As you said, he reaped what he sow, so I'm not sad he's gone, I'm sad for how his tribe has lost a member even after they won (and I'm pretty sure Tony doesn't mind at all)

While Amadeus' evac is a tragedy, his DVD pack and Quickscope's dignity are obviously the bigger victims here.

Three superpowers down, two we know of remain (Nezumi and Parmesan, plus however many of the former Beasts end up being unbeatable in challenges and if Ollie or Joy or whoever ends up having a secret plot). We did not need the SFC equivalent of advantagegeddon, and the odds of that have now gone down dramatically. I do kinda wish Amadeus could have been voted out for real but I understand sometimes it takes a super to beat a super.

Amadeus, say what you want about him, was ambitious above all else. In seventeen seasons, I’ve never seen someone so determined to press all of my hot buttons and yet be so successful in his very brief time. And here’s the tragedy of it all: he never made any wrong moves. You might hate him for mocking the basic foundations of Survivor- I certainly do- but even when you factor that out, he still found an idol in three days and could’ve easily held onto control of his tribe. I sincerely think that, had he not been evacuated, Amadeus could’ve lasted a lot longer. The only problem he’d face is his ego, which while that’s common of most overblown leader types... hoo boy, the inclusion of the EX-Machina makes it much, *much* worse.
Look, evacuation is a horrible way to go, I wouldn’t wish that kind of exit on anybody. But it’s better for all of us that he’s out of the game.
So how’s this going to go? Is there going to be a double elimination, or is Lele getting a break tonight?

Well I wasn't expecting Amadeus to be the most expendable male in the game. Even though he wasn't my favourite, I did not wish that to happen to him at all.
Though one think I hope to see are the Pikmin Amadeus planted play a role later down the season.

It's a shame Amadeus is medvac'd like Trent from Season 4. Like I said before, I didn't like him and I had a feeling he will be leaving soon but I'm upset to see him evacuated instead of being voted out. You did a great job with him for this season. Hopefully Amadeus will feel better and become a better person after this.

Quickscope's game/console is gonna get taken away and he'll rediscover it years later. And then he'll be a competent strategist/social player.

The last thing Amadeus really wanted to see is getting his robot destroyed before his very eyes and that's what happened.
Character-wise, although he did try to have some sort of redemption, Amadeus's ego prevented him from being a redemptive character. If that's the case, then mission accomplished, his hostility completely got him evacuated.
With new dynamics arising on all three tribes, I think it's time to move on from Amadeus and his ego although he'll appear later on this season ... *ahem* Fallen Comrades.
