Looks good, looks like he went and fixed up some car that spewed oil all over him or something.
Very original idea, I have never in my life seen Tails as a greasemonkey. But hey, it's all good.

The black stuff on Tails is not shading its grease from working on machines all the time, and if you look the burner tool is used on both, just not that heavily.

Did you use the burner tool? in Photoshop? It kind of looks like you did.
Anyway it looks like sonic the hedgehog work. Which is good. The only thing is that there is no shading on the girl. There should be some shadows where he has his arms around her

In short I just don't like the style it's made it. It was just made on MS paint or what ever with a mouse right? If it wasn't that is what it looks like.
At least the back round is pretty!
