Doc Valiant doesn't mind giving autographs to fans, as long as he's not busy. Even then he might make an exception... unless he's in the midst of a fight or something.
Is quite humbled and quite honored to be admired and seen as a hero by people. Especially younger generations. So is more than happy to sign Ultiman's comic.
