Couldn't help it, wanted to share this with you all. This might (potentially) spoil some stuff for the story. XDBased on a story concept I'm slowly developing, a big crossover of various American giant monster movies into a 'Destroy All Monsters' situation.
Picture is trying to evoke some of the posters/pics from the original Toho concept.
The massive '3-Headed Creature' (aka: The Ghidorah of this scenario) is meant to be a mixture of the mutant mollusks from 'Monster That Challenged the World' and the massive mutated Sauropod from 'The Giant Behemoth'. Who made it? Why? THAT will have to remain a mystery I'm afraid.
Was challenging to find the necessary poses, so some of them ended up having to be model kit pics.
Hope it looks, at least, passable.

This is what I was hoping the Monsterverse was going to me....

I'd like to think they would continue it, even if Toho eventually/possibly pulls out. Warner Bros has a seemingly ENDLESS back catalog of giant monster properties. I know I'd certainly 'squeal' with joy if someone like Rhedosaurus, Gamera or Gorgo were to show up.

Gamera is my fave Kaiju so I like seeing him in whatever but
with these I was hoping for the American monsters. Rhedosaurus
could have easily been updated to replace Godzilla, Kong could
have stayed as is. The Ymir definitely, I like that you did the
Thing that challenged the world as the big bad, that one could
probably be tweaked so it's even more imposing. Even bring
in the Colossal Man and 50ft woman, Giant Claw...they have the rights for
the Clash of the Titans movie...could have had it set up all these
things. Wrath of the Titans could have been THE set up to open
all the doors for their shared universe

1959
Major General Jack Evans didn't know what to expect as his personal jeep trudged up the rock-strewn road. Reports stated that it was yet another 'giant creature' anomaly. A term Evans was getting more than familiar with lately, it's a phrase that gets brought up more and more ever since one such monster thawed out of the Arctic in 1953. Though some would say that it all started with the "Big Ape" back in '33, but for Jack (and many others who now work for the same agency) his introduction to a world of improbable beasts and mutant nightmares began with the Rhedosaurus.
Course, for most that incident was just a terrifying news story. Either on the television or relayed to them through the radio by excited newscasters. The Major General, on the other hand, had been there at the forefront in person. He knew far more details about what had transpired, and what had been hidden from the public knowledge. There was alot
