Full Disclosure: This started out life as a part of a mugen sprite project by a person named CesarSombra , based on one of the many incarnations of the 'Action Man', the UK's version of Hasbro's classic 'G.I. Joe' property. So I DID NOT create the original sprite, nor commissioned this.

While I was never quite interested in the property back in it's 90's incarnation (which CesarSombra's sprite was based on), I found myself more and more interested in the property around the time Hasbro had that short-lived 'Unit-E' concept and IDW's later 'Revolution' comic brand.

And in THAT universe, the title of 'Action Man' is handed down from operative to operative over the decades. And thus every version of the property (including the mid-to-late 90's/early-00's version) was considered canon in some form.

I tweaked some aspects of this sprite, which seemed to be an edit of a Luke Cage mugen project , itself a combination of Sagat (Street Fighter) and Tiger (Martial Masters) sprites. I made some color fixes, shortened it a bit, changed the belt, fixed the gloves and arms, added on some belt pouches and changed the head.

I had tried to make my own 'Action Man' sprite, based on the recent IDW Comics version, so swapped out the head from this one with it.
