Another trip into the world of my ideas.
THIS CHARACTER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANGEL FALLS

Scarlet Blade, the Avenging (and Mysterious) Assassin of 'Little Tokyo' in California from the late-1940's to 1960's. Her sword shall taste the blood of many a villain, and anyone else who hurts or takes advantage of the innocent.
Who is she? What is her back story? Is she the last in a long line of vigilante assassins dating back to the time of the Feudal Lords? A street orphan raised and trained by a wise old sensei? A former assassin from Imperial Japan? Nobody can say for sure.
Sadly, her story hasn't developed much beyond the initial concept (whereas the Golden Mask has developed more since his creation). But that still didn't stop me from making a sprite of her, regardless. Used Psylocke and the character 'Hina' from that Yatagarasu game with Chun-Li's boots and Makoto's sash... i think.

or at least ones that are THIS active.
lotta female pulp heroes seemed to be more along the lines of costumed detectives who used their 'feminine wiles' to infiltrate certain circles to gather info.

True, really rare from what a few pulp writers talk.

the bases were Psylocke, (upper body and head) Yatagarasu's Hina (lower legs), and other little random parts from other characters (Chun-Li, Makoto, etc.)
A character I made a few years back, the subject of a possible story/novel.
