For some reason this is really great. Granny Smith looks very detailed, especially the hair and soft shading. Even the background looks good. Probably because of the brush and colors you used. Also, fluffy cloud there in the background. Although that one seems to be really close to the ground and therefore much smaller than it is supposed to be because the landscape beneath it is more blurry than the cloud itself.
